With a real estate career spanning over two decades, Nahar Ali brings unmatched expertise and dedication to clients throughout Dearborn and the Metro Detroit area. Beginning in 2001, Nahar specialized in residential and commercial appraisals, including industrial spaces, retail centers, and warehouses. From 2010 to 2018, he served as a Quality Specialist in the Escalation Department of an appraisal management company, managing rebuttals and overseeing atypical appraisal assignments with precision.
From 2012 to 2015, Nahar worked with a private equity firm, helping acquire and optimize privately held businesses. Since 2012, he has also been active in builder management, constructing homes in Dearborn and Dearborn Heights.
Licensed since 2009, Nahar is a full-time real estate agent specializing in buying, selling, investment properties, and long-term investor relationships. He is also the founder of a property management company established in 2010, currently managing over 70 properties with a focus on quality service and investor satisfaction.
